1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PageCrit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PageCrit is an AI-powered tool that analyzes landing pages and provides scores, feedback, and recommendations. The Service includes a free roast feature and optional paid audit reports.

3. AI Disclaimer

All analysis, scores, and recommendations generated by PageCrit are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. You should not rely solely on AI-generated analysis for critical business decisions without independent verification.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis provided. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit URLs that you do not have the right to analyze
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models

6. Data Handling

When you submit a URL for analysis, we capture a screenshot of the page for AI processing. Screenshots are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored. Roast results (scores, feedback text) are stored to enable the shareable link feature. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Paid Services

Paid audit reports are processed through Stripe. All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your paid report, contact us and we will re-deliver or issue a refund at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PageCrit, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
